Looking for sincere rabbit owner

Friend said he is about 2+ years old. He's a fussy eater, eats only fresh hay, does not eat carrots. He loves fresh vegetables but his stools get soft when he eats too much fresh vegs. He is usually toilet trained. He comes with a big 95 by 95 cm play pen and pee tray. As he is a relatively young rabbit, new owner has to commit to bring him to a vet if necessary.
